I'm gearing up for the summer already and added this new cookbook The Vegetarian Table to my every growing collection! I also added some tools to my repertoire, a Veggie Wedger (great for cutting onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and citrus fruits) and a Corn and Veggie Brush! To say that I'm a little excited for some fresh veggies out of the garden would be an understatement.
