We now are only requiring a deposit ($200 per quarter). You will then be charged a final invoice based on hanging weight once the animal is at the butcher.

• Quarter- $3.75/lb.

• Half- $3.65/lb.

• Whole- $3.65/lb.

You will then be responsible for paying the butchering fees where before this was included in the price.

Due to gas price increases a hauling fee to the butcher will be added to final bill. Roughly $30/half.

If you purchase a half or whole share you will be able to select your own cuts. If only purchasing a quarter you will get a half of a half. Meaning meat from both the front and rear of the animal. You can indicate preferred cuts and we will do our best to get those for you. Cut sheets will be emailed to you once deposit is paid.
